The Lowry Neighborhood

The Lowry neighborhood has reclaimed a former Air Force base and turned it into an oasis for family living. Lowry was built within the last decade, and its homeowner love it's suburban tone that's also very close to Denver's many attractions and amenities. A variety of homes are available, including stately single family homes, modern townhomes and condos, and renovated lofts, crafted from military buildings. Just east of the established neighborhoods of Hilltop and Crestmoor, this well-planned community offers nearby restaurants, retail shops and grocery stores as well as open space, public art and a town center of its own. There's even a skating rink for kids.
