"If God doesn't live in Colorado, I bet that's where He spends most of his time."That's an old song lyric I remember, and I know I wouldn't want to be anywhere else! I couldn't ask for a better job than to help people live in our beautiful state, and to work with a better group of people than here at Perry & Co. For years I worked in real estate on the technology side, helping metro area Realtors understand how to look for properties efficiently and market themselves online. The more time I spent ""plugged in"", learning about how new tech developments can make your search more efficient, the more I realized I should channel my enthusiasm for technology to work directly with homebuyers and sellers. The next generation of homebuyers will expect instant messaging and personal webpages, and I'll be ahead of the curve in providing those services. Technology will never entirely replace personal contact though, and as a former television reporter, I promise to keep you informed! I worked at the ABC affiliate in Colorado Springs for 5 years after graduating from CU-Boulder (and Boulder High), and covered my share of stories on the real estate market. I know my background, combined with the sterling reputation of Perry and Co. can make a your buying and selling experience both comfortable and successful. "By chance, we met Dave at one of the properties he was showing. At the time, we were not really serious about buying/selling but were just curious to see what the market was like.
