You may hear grumblings about the parking in Capitol Hill/Speer - and for good reason. This densely inhabited neighborhood could have you searching for a spot. Parallel parking is typically the only option and don’t forget to watch out for street sweeping.

The young residents and nearby hotspots add to the colorful array of housing in Capitol Hill/Speer, making it one of the hippest neighborhoods Denver has to offer. This urban-to-the-core hub serves up art, entertainment, recreation, car-less living, and so much more.
