Perry & Co. Unveils Revised Core Values at 2018 Retreat

At the 2018 Perry & Co. REALTORS Annual Retreat in March of 2018 newly appointed CEO, Jon Larrance, unveiled the company's recently revised company values statement. The revised values statement was painstakingly crafted over many months with direction from The Staver Group. Virtually every agent and staff person in the company went through an individual core values exercise. Those individual values were compiled and organized by multiple company workgroups into the resultant core values declaration. Taking it one step forward, each individual value is supported by the behaviors that exemplify the true meaning of each value.

"Going forward the revised values statement will serve as the governing document of the company. Our values statement is the foundation for how we treat each other, our clients, and the public in general. Additionally, all company decisions and policies will be held up to the values statement in an alignment testbefore seeing the light of day," said Larrance.

Having been in business since 1971, the Perry & Co.values workgroups felt it was important to incorporateits 20 year old motto "A Denver Tradition" into the revised statement.The longevity of the company is a testament to its reputation for only hiring people who live and breath the these principles ofits unique culture.
